Cal/OSHA Form 300A is a summary of work-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in your workplace over the past year. This summary helps keep everyone informed about workplace safety.

 

Key Steps 

  1. Update the form: Include any work-related incidents from 2024. Even if no incidents occurred, the form must still be completed.
  2. Post the form: Display the updated Form 300A Appendix B in a visible location in your workplace by April 30, 2025. This ensures all employees have access to this important information.
