To access invoices and other billing and financial history, create an account or log in to our secure online portal.

Please log in to your BerkleyNet account (or register here) and select the “What would you like to do?” drop down.  Choose “View Loss Runs” to generate the document.

The loss run document will only show the loss experience you've had while you were covered by BerkleyNet.  Any losses incurred while covered by a different carrier will not appear.

Please contact our Underwriting Team at [email protected] to request a Disputed Premium Hold and we will work with you to provide a plan that meets your eligibility requirements.

Due to the sensitive information contained in them, please send us a written request on your company letterhead, signed by an owner or officer of the company.  You may send this request to [email protected] or via mail.

Please remember to include instructions on how we should send them back to you by providing your mailing address, email address, or fax number.
