To access invoices and other billing and financial history, create an account or log in to our secure online portal.

Log in to your BerkleyNet account and from the Account Overview page, select the Active or Inactive policy term you're looking for. If you have Claims access, then you'll see the "Get Loss Run" button in the Quick Tools section on the Policy Overview page. Select the "Get Loss Run" button. Clicking the "Get Loss Run" button will pull up the document in a new tab.
 

If you don't see the "Get Loss Run" button then your portal permissions may not have Claims access toggled on. Reach out to your primary admin to edit permissions.

The loss run document will only show the loss experience you've had while you were covered by a policy provided by BerkleyNet. Any losses incurred while covered by a different carrier will not appear. Also, due to the sensitive employee information contained within loss runs, we only send copies of the document to an owner or officer of the policy.
