Our Hiring Process

We know that applying for jobs can be overwhelming. We’ve outlined our process so you know what to expect when applying to BerkleyNet.

2. resume review

Resume review

A Berkley corporate recruiter will review your resume and have an initial phone call with you.

3. Interview


We’ll schedule an interview with you so that we can get to know each other. This may be via video call or in person. You will meet with a range of team members to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other.


Interview Tips:

  • Since we keep it casual in the office and online, we’ll keep it casual with the interview as well.
  • We use Webex and Teams at BerkleyNet so be sure to log in a few minutes beforehand to avoid any technical delays.


If you're the selected candidate, the recruiter will reach out with details on your offer.

5. Background Check

Background Check

After accepting the offer, we'll request information to complete a background check. Candidates must pass the background check to be able to begin employment with BerkleyNet.
